The minimum stay is 3 nights and the maximum is 28 nights. Any extensions of stay may be agreed upon request.

Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival: full refund

Cancellations up to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the stay fee


After this deadline there is no refund

The price includes the use of the apartment, all the equipment contained therein, bed linen and towels.

Not included in the rates are: the tourist tax of € 3,50 per person per night (children under 10 years excluded) and the final cleaning of € 20 per apartment which will be paid at check-in.

Children up to 2 years are welcome for free

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments but only in the outdoor areas (balcony or courtyard)

Animals are not permitted

The linen is changed weekly and cleaning will only be undertaken after your stay, unless otherwise requested (with an extra charge to be paid separately ).

All bed, bath and kitchen linen is included

Yes, it is suitable for children of all ages. We also provide a camping cot and a high chair for free (on request).

There are no ramps or lifts in the building. Apartments Archi 1 and 2 are located on the 1st floor (20 steps) and Archi B is located on the ground floor (3 steps)

There is no parking but,it is not difficult to find free parking on the street, which is very rare in Rome.
